Delete your account

You can delete your Incomewise account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Incomewise and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm it's you: enter your password, or sign in again with Google or Apple.
4. Choose whether to also delete your plan from this device, then tap Delete my account.

Before you start, you can use Export a copy to keep a spreadsheet of your plan.

By email

If you can't use the app, email nbalbadri@nomadtechnologiesltd.com from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my Incomewise account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days, then let you know it's done.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in account: email address, name, user ID and sign-in method.
• Your account record: the date it was created and the kind of system it was created on.
• If you signed in with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke the app's access.

Your budget is stored on your device, not with us. It stays there unless you tick Also delete my plan from this device during deletion, or remove the app. Crash reports, if you turned them on, aren't linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
